For many, much of the excitement of Halloween is creating the perfect costume, and many local West Virginia towns have parades to celebrate the Season, as well as their craftsmanship. Some West Virginia parades include more than just locals in costume - they feature floats along with the endless sea of dressed up and decked out ghouls and goblins.
